Fourthly, when tungsten argon arc welding is carried out, a DC argon arc welding machine should be used, and forward and reverse alternating current and direct current should be used alternately. Forward direct current is used to clean the oxide mold on the aluminum surface, and reverse direct current is used for welding.

In addition, pay attention to setting welding specifications according to plate thickness and weld requirements. For MIG welding, special aluminum wire feeding wheel and Teflon wire guide tube should be used, otherwise, aluminium scrap will occur. The length of welding gun cable should not be too long, because the aluminum welding wire is soft, and too long welding gun cable will affect the wire feeding stability.
